Rye Bead Group is a collection of beaders who enjoy getting together to try new
techniques in beadweaving, to master old skills and to spend two afternoons a month
concentrating on beadworking without other distractions (apart from a cup of tea).

Where and when we meet

Our club meets 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at Chequer, East Street, Rye,
from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm. There is a small charge for tea and extra materials. If we
have an external speaker then there will be a charge. Materials may be bought from me
on a small scale and advice will be given on sources of beads and threads. Click here
for the new term dates.

The Programme

The programme is planned for bead weavers who want to learn something new. If you
are a complete beginner and would rather learn basic techniques that is no problem but
if you would prefer to attend sessions for beginners, see details of new 5 week course
called "An Introduction to Beadweaving".

For details of the Autumn programme see Programme.
